MASH × LAUNO PIERCING

We helped Launo Piercing connect its services, professional training and growing range of digital products into a marketing system where different audiences have different ways to become customers.

Meet Klaudia. Piercer, educator, and someone with a lot more to teach than piercing.
Klaudia Kardel built Launo Piercing around her expertise and hands-on approach to training. Small groups, real practice and continued support helped her build a recognizable personal brand in Poland.
Over time, her audience grew beyond aspiring piercers. Experienced beauty professionals and studio owners were following her for advice on pricing, Instagram and building a business.
And that opened up a much bigger opportunity.
Different people wanted different things from the same brand.
Some wanted a piercing appointment. Others wanted to learn a new profession. And some were already running beauty businesses but struggling to attract clients or raise their prices.
Sending everyone the same offer was never going to work particularly well.
We needed to give each audience a relevant entry point while keeping Klaudia’s personality and expertise at the centre of the brand.
We gave every product its own job.
We organized advertising around separate goals: local appointments through Booksy, model recruitment, professional training and entry-level digital products.
For education, we introduced more ways to begin the relationship with Launo. Free resources and accessible products could lead to email communication, further learning and eventually higher-value programs.
We also expanded the content beyond piercing techniques. Klaudia’s personal stories, student results and practical advice on running a beauty business became recurring themes.
As the product range developed, so did the marketing: from piercing courses to Instagram education and the Piercer CEO mentoring program.
And then there’s the reality of marketing several products at once.
A creative that brings in piercing appointments won’t necessarily sell a business mentoring program. And an audience that watches every Reel about pricing might have absolutely no interest in learning how to pierce.
We tested different hooks, offers, audiences and campaign structures. Some combinations worked. Others needed another round of editing, a different message or a simpler campaign setup.
Local audiences also got familiar with the ads quickly, so keeping creative fresh became a regular part of the job. One brand. Several customer journeys. Plenty of tabs open in Ads Manager.
More ways to enter the brand. More room to grow.
- 830 Booksy visits
- 0.35 zł per visit
- 116 webinar registrations
- 29.54 zł per entry purchase
Launo now has distinct marketing paths for local services, professional training, digital education and business-focused programs.
Among the campaign results, one Booksy promotion generated 830 visits at approximately 0.35 zł each. A webinar campaign brought in 116 registrations, while an entry-level InstaBeauty campaign generated 10 purchases at 29.54 zł per purchase.
The biggest shift has been in how the business approaches its audience. Someone discovering Launo through a piercing appointment or a free Instagram resource can now find a relevant next step as their needs change.
Campaign figures are examples from individual reporting periods, not cumulative project totals.
