The website

The website presents Mash, our work and our team, and lets you contact us or apply for a job. Sending a form doesn’t create a contract; any cooperation is agreed separately in writing.

We do our best to keep the information accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may change without notice. Case results describe specific projects and periods and are not a promise of results.

Intellectual property

The website’s design, texts, illustrations, characters, logos and case materials belong to Mash or to our clients and partners. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client names and logos are shown with their consent.

Your content

When you send us a form, you confirm that the information is yours to share. Please don’t send confidential documents through the forms — we’ll ask for them separately if needed.

Links and games

Links to other websites (e.g. Instagram, YouTube) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. The “Mash run” game is just for fun.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the website. These terms are governed by Polish law; consumers keep the protection given to them by the law of their country of residence.
